I got this recipe from Martha Stewart’s Everyday Food magazine.
I just made it and I gotta tell you, it’s not only delicious, but filling! Try out the recipe for breakfast or a quick snack; you will be happy you did!
Banana-Oat Smoothie
Combine the following ingredients in your blender:
1 Banana
1/4 Cup Rolled Oats (Quaker Oats)
1/2 Cup Plain Yogurt (I used Greek Chobani Yogurt)
1/2 Cup Fat-Free Milk
2 Teaspoons Honey
1/4 Teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
Puree on the “smoothie” or “milkshake” setting on your blender, and drink it up!
