Cooking in College: Healthy Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe

Sometimes the food in the dining hall just won’t cut it.

I don’t know about you, but I get pretty sick of the same 10 meal choices that my dining hall offers. So, for those of us that are in the mood for a home cooked meal, I dug up this great recipe for Fettuccine Alfredo.

What You’ll Need:

– 1/2 pound of fettuccine pasta

– 1 wedge Laughing Cow Light swiss cheese

– 2 tbsp. grated Parmesan Cheese

– 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb (or other seasoning to taste)

What to Do:

Cook, drain and pat dry the pasta. Place in a bowl and microwave for 1 minute.

Add the cheeses and seasoning and stir. Microwave for another 30 seconds to melt the cheeses and stir. Enjoy!
