Police
While the EMS is optional, calling up the police isn’t an option at all, you have to do it. You don’t want to assume everything is fine and then leave. Many car insurance policies require that you notify the police of any accident, regardless of its severity. In addition, a police report can be vital when it comes to filing an injury claim.

Insurance Company
