Once you get to college there are a lot of choices you need to make. What classes to take, what major to choose, what parties to attend, what groups to join, what meal plan to follow and many more.
One choice that you will be faced with on a daily basis is what to eat from the dining hall. Pizza vs vegetables… that old chestnut.
I believe the best advice to keep in mind when making that decision is – everything in moderation. Eating fruits and vegetables more often than junk food is good not only for your waistline and complexion but it will keep you healthy.
